Wendur is a twist on the word “Wendo,” meaning “love.”
Tourism must go beyond the need to visit new exotic places. It must also be about the love, compassion, peace, beauty, wisdom, knowledge, respect, and honor that we give to the places and the people that we meet.
It must be a return to conscious living — rooted in land, community, and care. A choice to live gently, deliberately, and in relationship with the Earth. It is a call to remember older wisdom, explore sustainable futures, and reconnect with what it means to be human. We are all distant relatives waiting to meet.

Trees have no race
Trees have no race. They do not choose the soil they grow in based on color, language, or borders drawn by human hands. A tree stands where it is planted, offering shade to anyone who comes near, releasing oxygen into the same shared air, and holding the earth together with quiet strength. In this way, trees remind us that nature belongs to all of us—and that the responsibility to protect it belongs to all of us as well. We cannot be those who close their eyes to the needs of the collective, for the sake of our selfish desires and tendencies. The earth belongs to us all.
green Eco-friendly spaces
Green spaces are more than places of beauty and rest—they are vital allies in the fight against climate change. Forests, parks, wetlands, grasslands, and community gardens absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, cool our cities, protect biodiversity, and help regulate the natural systems that sustain life on earth. We cannot ignore them or see them as decorative, but as part of the systems that make life on earth worth living. And this is the beauty of life on earth, the diversity and the role each one of us has been blessed with to give to the good of all. We must always remember that we are all part of the circle of life and we all matter in how we make our world a better place.
Eco-travels and Destinations
Travel has the power to open our eyes to the beauty and diversity of the natural world. Eco-travel invites us to go a step further—to explore the world with conscious awareness and respect for the environments and communities we encounter. It is about choosing destinations, experiences, and lifestyles that protect nature rather than exploit it. It is about being aware that all things in our world are connected and that what hurts one hurts all.

what is eco-tourism?
Ecotourism is responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment, sustains the well-being of local people, and involves interpretation and education. It focuses on low-impact, sustainable practices that promote conservation, such as visiting protected areas, supporting local communities, and fostering appreciation for nature.
It is a call to simplicity and conscious awareness of places, people, cultures, friendship, communities, respect, honor, value, responsibility, spirituality, knowledge systems, true education, the environment, family, and life in general.
